LOWEST U-VALUES

Double glazed units made from Optima systems achieve a 1.2 U-value, which guarantees that you meet building standards. U-values as low as 0.8 W/m2K can be achieved when using a triple-glazed unit filled with Argon gas. This means you can compete in the market, with 1.2 W/m2K being easily achievable.

HIGHER ENERGY RATINGS

When combined with soft coat glass, low iron, warm edge spacer bar and Argon gas fill, an Optima double glazed unit achieves an A+ rating. With triple-glazing, the possibilities are endless. When used with Argon gas, achieving A++ is simple.​​​

SUPERIOR SECURITY AND STRENGTH

Optima window systems combine a host of features to maximise security and strength. A central Eurogroove gives our sashes greater rigidity. We have also implemented strategic local wall thickening for 35% better screw and hardware retention. Our secure bead system passes security tests without glazing clips and is ready for proposed enhancements to PAS24.​
