HIGHER ENERGY RATINGS

Both R7 and R9 windows can achieve excellent energy ratings of A+ due to their heat trapping chambers. Whilst most window frames tend to have 3 or 5 chambers, as their names suggest, Residence 7 have 7 and Residence 9 have 9. This results in superior thermal, security and acoustic performance

SUPERIOR SECURITY AND STRENGTH

Residence is made to CEN A wall thickness. This is the highest classification in Europe. Together
with intelligent design details and screw retention reinforcements, locks and hinges are secured firmly
into position. Residence  is also specifically designed to accommodate the additional weight of triple glazed units, allowing heavy duty hinges to fit and operate perfectly.
